Despite all comments to the contrary (like our builder telling us last Tuesday morning that it was all passed) the ESA inspector was only able to come on Wednesday to inspect. Super nice guy, and everything passed no problem.
His report is uploaded automatically at the end of the day, so we called Hydro on Thursday only to have them tell us that we needed to call a certain guy between 7:30am - 9:00am to schedule a visual inspection of the site. This is to ensure that our eavestroughs are up and not in the way, etc, etc.
Our only issue is perhaps the tree on the front lawn next door, but this is not really an issue. Although they have called the City to come and trim the tree (this takes around 18mnths now) I am sure Hydro will just hack off the branches in the way.
We called Friday and scheduled the visual for that day and then called back this morning. We were told that a work order needs to be issued, earliest possible for that was Wednesday at which time it's then 5 - 7 working days. Hmmm, that will be a tight squeeze for our July 10th date. Also we booked the water heater installation for later this week and a new bed is being delivered on the 10th as well!
